NATO and Allied flags are flying at half-mast at NATO Headquarters on Sunday (11 January 2015) to pay tribute to the victims of last week’s terrorist attacks in Paris and in solidarity with the people of France.

Later today, the NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg will join the President of France François Hollande and other world leaders for a unity rally in central Paris.

On Thursday (8 January 2015), the NATO International Staff, the International Military Staff, and national delegations observed a minute of silence after the attack on the offices of Charlie Hebdo magazine.
