Aviation units of the Aerospace Forces are put on combat alert at operational airfields after redeployment

Crews of Su-24M, Su-27, MiG-31 and Su-25 aircraft finished redeployment at operational airfields of the Central MD. They have covered from 1 000 to 3 000 km.

In the course of the flights, the pilots practiced landing at auxiliary airfields and the maintenance crews – preparation of the aerial materiel for flight.

After redeployment the crews have been put on air defence combat alert.

To that end, over 50 aircraft of tactical aviation are involved.
