As Chair of the European Committee on Legal Co-operation (CDCJ) I would like to welcome you to the Committee website and hope your visit will be interesting and informative (for more on the Committee…).
CDCJ activities tackle common challenges such as those addressed in the recommendation on preventing and resolving disputes on child relocation that the Committee of Ministers has recently adopted, or the need to develop a legal instrument on the regulation of lobbying activities, or to explore the issue of digital evidence (see in more detail under “activities” on the menu to the left of this page).
At their meeting on 26 and 27 February 2015 the Bureau members discussed the Committee’s work to be undertaken this year and took the necessary steps to this end and for consideration by CDCJ at its meeting scheduled this Autumn.
This website will be updated as work advances and in order to follow its progress we would like to invite you to continue exploring on a regular basis.
We thank you for your visit and hope to see you again shortly.
