Bulgaria – draft constitutional amendments in the field of the judiciary

Sofia – A delegation of the Venice Commission will visit Bulgaria to hold discussions on draft constitutional amendments in the field of the judiciary, in the framework of a request for opinion submitted by the Bulgarian authorities. The delegation will meet with representatives of the authorities as well as of the judiciary, including professional associations of judges and prosecutors, and the civil society.
