BEIJING, Oct. 8 (ChinaMil) — At the invitation of Mongolia Defense Minister Tserendash Tsolmon and Kazakhstan Defense Minister Imangali Tasmagambetov, China’s State Councilor and Defense Minister Chang Wanquan left Beijing for the two countries on October 8 for official good-will visits.
The main entourage includes Gao Donglu, deputy political commissar of the PLA Beijing Military Area Command (MAC), Li Wei, political commissar of the PLA Xinjiang Military Command (MC), and others.
