U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will deliver a speech on United States Policy Towards the Middle East at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 28, 2015 as part of the launch of the organization’s “Arab World Horizons” project.
The speech precedes a full day conference at Carnegie on Thursday, October 29 on its new “Arab World Horizons” initiative, a multi-year effort of the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace to explore the social, economic, political, and strategic trends facing the Arab world.
