USCIS Policy Manual Update

The USCIS Policy Manual has been updated to provide guidance on foreign media representatives (“I” nonimmigrant visa category). Volume 2, Part K: Media Representatives becomes effective on Nov. 10, 2015. The Policy Alert is available here:
