
The representatives of the 47 member States of the Council of Europe will examine the implementation of judgments and decisions of the European Court of Human Rights on 8-10 December 2015.
This supervisory role of the Committee of Ministers is provided for under Article 46 of the European Convention on Human Rights.
The cases proposed for more detailed examination concern Albania, Azerbaijan, Belgium, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Lithuania, the Republic of Moldova, Poland, the Russian Federation, Serbia, the “Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia”, Turkey, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
The decisions and resolutions adopted, together with working documents, will be made public shortly after the meeting, on the website of the Committee of Ministers.
