When President Obama first took office, he asked his staff to send him 10 letters a day. Ten letters that reflect Americans from every corner of the country with every background - the stories, cares, and concerns of the citizens of this country. Yesterday, President Obama responded to a letter from Gretchen Stewart, a public school teacher and mother of two in Florida:
