U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry will deliver a speech to Pacific Council members and local government officials at 10:00 a.m. on April 12, 2016, at the Omni Hotel in Los Angeles, California.
Secretary Kerry will address the national security opportunities of the Trans-Pacific Partnership and the Trans-Atlantic Trade and Investment Partnership.
