FBI Increases Reward to $10,000 to Recover Stolen Equipment

The Dallas Division of the FBI announced today an increased reward offer of $10,000 for information leading to the recovery of property and equipment stolen from a government vehicle in Lubbock, Texas. The property was taken from an FBI agent’s vehicle parked in a hotel parking lot at 4011 South Loop 289 in the early morning hours of Tuesday, August 16, 2016. Among the property stolen were a ballistic vest, tools, and other equipment. No weapons or credentials were taken.

The original reward offer of $5,000 was announced on August 18, 2016.
