On June 14, 2016, the United States District Court, Eastern District of Tennessee (EDT), issued an arrest warrant for Timothy Eugene England for bank robbery and brandishing a firearm during a crime of violence related to the robbery of the Consumer Credit Union in Greenville, Tennessee on December 20, 2015.

On July 7, 2016, England was arrested and appeared in the U.S. District Court in Greenville.
