New Memorandum of Understanding Between the United States and Israel

The United States has concluded a new 10-year Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Israel on security assistance for Fiscal Years 2019 through 2028. This MOU constitutes the single largest pledge of bilateral military assistance in U.S. history.‎ The new MOU will be signed in a ceremony at the Department of State in the Treaty Room on September 14, at 2:00 pm.
