The NATO Deputy Secretary General, Ms. Rose Gottemoeller will participate in the International Security Forum in Halifax, Canada on Friday, 18 November and Saturday, 19 November 2016.
Ms. Gottemoeller will participate in an on-the-record panel discussion, titled “NATO: Necessary”.
