Alert of Consortium ToRs Employment Scam:

STEPS TO LOOK OUT FOR:

1) You get an Email asking you for your CV.
2) You send you CV in updated EU format.
3) You get Email or call discussing offer for EC project. It sounds so convincing.
4) Then you get an email with offer, ex €500 per day plus traveling cost, but condition is consortium selection by next week.
5) You will get a massage “As of right now, the contracts are confidential and are not shown at this stage. First we need to have the confirmation from the EC on the selection of our candidate.”
7) After your selection you get asked A ToRs on your assignment.
Note Essentially it means you work for free without knowing it.
8) Then you get told you ToRs must still be selected by the EC but essentially you have not even been selected by anybody for the job without warning or knowing , yet your offer is on the table before the consortium even have a legal contract with EC.
9) After you will get an email most likely you were not selected but NOT telling you you were never part of the program but your ToRs can be used and copied by the Consortium or EC as it was your ideas and Intellectual property you gave to them.

Exploitation WARNING:

Such selection methods should be routed out and is unlawfully exploiting your Human Psychological Vulnerable during searching a job and in direct violation the article 1 of the United Nation Human rights protection. You are advised to make complaints as such should not form part of the modern day European Consortium rules for admittance to funded jobs and projects.
