U.S. Navy Admiral James G. Foggo assumed command of NATO’s Joint Force Command in Naples on Friday (20 October 2017). Admiral Foggo succeeds U.S. Navy Admiral Michelle Howard, the first woman promoted to the rank of four-star admiral in the U.S. Navy.
“My commitment to NATO and the Alliance is rock solid, and you can take that to the bank,”Admiral Foggo said.
