Horror and horrifying in Romania for kidnapping and murdering a 15-year-old teenager by a murderer. Police services, emergency and prosecutors failed to escape the teen from the house of Horror where she was beaten, raped, and thrown into the fire.
Teen called the national Emergency System three times was ironized and is said to leave the line free as more need and others to call. The romanian authorities are in front of the biggest scandal yet.
