Andrew Noble is currently the UK Ambassador to Romania. At the conference, he will participate in the first panel – “Is human trafficking a threat to the security of EU citizens?”
Andrew Noble LVO joined the Office for Foreign Affairs and the Community of Nations in 1982. Until recently, he was His Majesty’s ambassador to Algeria and also served in Germany, South Africa and Greece. The Ambassador represents His Majesty, the Queen and the United Kingdom Government. It is responsible for the direction and work of the Embassy and its consulates, including political work, trade and investment, the press and cultural relations, as well as consular and visa services.
