In its third emergency meeting on Ukraine this week, Russia vetoed a Security Council draft resolution on Friday that would have condemned the Russian Federation’s aggression against Ukraine “in the strongest terms” and pushed the country to “immediately, completely, and unconditionally withdraw all of its military forces.”
