⚡️Poroshenko not allowed to leave Ukraine for NATO meeting.
Poroshenko was heading to Vilnius to attend the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, and Ruslan Stefanchuk, speaker of the Ukrainian parliament, had authorized Poroshenko to attend it, according to MP Iryna Gerashchenko.
