The topic presented: Arbitration clause and compromise, technical means that professionals but also administrative-territorial units and other categories of public bodies can choose the Court of Arbitration as Tribunal for judging existing disputes before ordinary courts as well as future disputes. Mediation and med-arbitration: a way to quickly and efficiently resolve pre-disputes and disputes of participants in the economic circuit.

Persons who have paid the participation fee and who no longer participate in the conference cannot request a refund of the paid fee, because the logistical / technical costs related to the event are taken into account.
