#Breaking: Disgraced ex-fashion mogul Peter Nygard found guilty of four counts of sexual assault
Five women testified the ex-fashion mogul sexually assaulted them inside his former Toronto headquarters. Nygard is still facing charges in Montreal, Winnipeg and New York.
The jury acquitted him of sexually assaulting one of the five complainants in the case, and also acquitted him of a charge of unlawful confinement.
The jurors had been deliberating on a verdict since mid-afternoon Wednesday. They reported being deadlocked on one unspecified count Friday evening. Superior Court Justice Robert Goldstein urged them to keep deliberating, but said they could ultimately disagree on one charge while still delivering unanimous verdicts on the others.
