War has laws like civilians, children, who records violations and what surgical rules could possibly give a chance?
Terrorism has shown that there are no rules, only its rules.
How could anyone fight terrorism with rules and justice as a handbook in their bag when its violence or cruelty does not take into account any civilized law.
The story of justice in theatres of war is complicated and very unreliable or found in flagrante delicto. After all, what has war meant so far and what has changed?

So far we have cases on terrorism at the level of national sentencing bodies in countries that have been affected by terrorist attacks and activities.
Despite the laws passed on terrorism, it has not been eradicated, but has become much more powerful and organised.
Where is the mistake with regard to terrorism because the money spent on intel structures, defence is colossal and yet we see a stronger and sometimes invincible terrorism.

So far the situation shows that humanity is very weak in the face of its problems and the solutions are not very visible but on the contrary failure after failure.

The United Nations is bypassed for various reasons and is ridiculed because member states solve their own problems and interests until once in a while they remember that there are united nations and all the treaties that should be renegotiated daring to another new order of law.

So far we see chaotic responses because you cannot enter a country under the pretext of terrorism because of the invasion designation.
Terrorism still works like a cancer look at the war in Gaza, Ukraine is another war picture where what works or not?
Is it time for new dilemmas or solutions for the future that is looking more and more warlike and bloody?
