How only “friends” benefit from the #Chinese visit in #Europe

China’s president is in Europe to talk to whom? Macron, Ursula von der Leyen and then Serbia, Hungary.

Who is the friend of the big ones meet, the rest of the countries are gallery and crumbs at the negotiating table.

There are many questions: Does Europe mean Macron and the European Commission? Why couldn’t each country have its own interests represented or someone credible and supported by all EU countries?

European officials do not have the scope and vision of partnership with America, China and Russia because their interests remain local and regional, but the big three have global interests. It is known the economic struggle that France and Germany are trying to block competition from Asia, America and anything that could throw German and French firms into ruin.

China has now taken Russia’s place, and we wonder if Europe has diplomatic capacity and vision, but also wisdom, without the selfishness of French and German survival, because Hungary and Serbia are already traditional allies of both Russia and China.

How do we stand now? It is visible… a France seeking economic and political affirmation, a European Commission with its own agenda and representation, a Hungary with clear national interests, with losing countries that are not present at the table.

With war on the European border, French and EU leaders are bluffing and braving by posing in what? The test is far from passed in the face of present challenges and turmoil.
