#BREAKING: Law enforcement has just released a photo of the suspect 32-year-old Joseph A. Couch

involved in the shooting on I-75 near London, Kentucky.

#UPDATE: Police scanners reported a call from a woman who said someone she knows told her he was going to “kill a lot of people.”

She advised that he has previous military experience and is armed with a rifle.

The shooter, identified as 32-year-old Joseph A. Couch, reportedly bought an AR-15 and 2,000 rounds of ammunition this morning
