Russia occupies 4 border villages in Ukraine’s Sumy Oblast.
Russian forces control Novenke, Zhuravka, Veselivka, and Basivka, Governor Oleh Hryhorov said.
“Residents of these villages were evacuated long ago, and there is no threat to civilians.”
