Science remains through deeds a concern for the elites of the international scientific community, especially in countries where it is at risk of being dismantled.

In some countries, the academic scientific community has remained at the level of a consultant without the possibility of practicing science, confused with a bureaucrat who reads and then gives opinions.

In other countries, the role of the human in science is a natural one, with the mention of a new trend.

Science is no longer perceived as sacred for the development of the world, but rather as a simple shelf product that is attractive, cheap, or useless.

Science has provided answers to the needs of humanity both for its benefit and against it by discovering new weapons and solutions to destroy.

The article does not seek to interfere with decision-makers and legislators, but rather to maintain peace and research with great concern for humanity and not for destruction.

What answers some countries will find to keep their scientific treasure remains to be seen.

Science implies the importance of elitism and not the transformation of scientists into mass workers diminished to a level of insecurity. It is not a privilege to be a scientist, but an exception due to the high and continuous level of training compared to other disciplines or professions.

If science has provided too much so that some countries no longer need it and that it is cheaper to buy technology under the pretext of supply, then development continues and the guarantee of an elite’s existence disappears, and we will knock on the doors of the private sector where you are worth nothing.

It is time to speak openly because science means money, not a failure as some may allow themselves to imagine.
