Ethereum Foundation to sell 10K $ETH

EF confirmed it will convert 10,000 ETH (~$34M) via CEXs over the coming weeks to fund R&D, grants, and donations.

Sales will be split into smaller orders. Despite the news, ETH has traded flat since the announcement.
