Breaking News: The Secret Service said it had discovered a cache of devices —

more than 100,000 SIM cards and 300 servers  that could have disrupted the cellular network

ahead of the UN General Assembly.

Investigators said there was no specific evidence that the operation threatened the U.N. General Assembly meeting this week.
