KYIV, February 20th, 2026 — In a defining moment for continental stability, the Republic of Moldova, Romania, and Ukraine formally established the “Cyber Alliance for Regional Resilience” today in Kyiv. The signing of this trilateral Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) during the Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum 2026 marks a decisive transition from diplomatic dialogue to a unified operational front. This alliance is engineered to protect democratic values and critical infrastructures against increasingly complex hybrid and cyber threats.
