Why Citi Bank and HSBC Are Closing Branches

Branches of some banks will be closed. Citi Bank and HSBC have announced.

Citibank has told AP that it will close all its branches except one following a threat by Iran to target financial institutions in the region.

Separately, HSBC has also closed all branches in Qatar until further notice.
