Deputy Defence Minister General of the Army Dmitry Bulgakov has been appointed to the post of the Chairman of the Russian-Slovakian, Russian-Hungarian, Russian- Czech, Russian-Romanian, Russian-Latvian, Russian-Turkish, Russian-Serbian and Russian Slovenian Intergovernmental commissions on following the agreements concerning keeping and maintaining military burial sites abroad.

The corresponding decree of the Russian Government has been published in the data pool of legal documents.
