Today the visit of the training ship Zheng He of the Chinese Navy to Vladivostok has come to an end. It lasted from September 27 till October 1 and was led by the Chief of the Dalian Naval Academy.
The farewell ceremony took place at the 33rd quay of the Korabelnaya embankment in the city of Vladivostok.
The visit programme included the meeting of the Chinese delegation and the Fleet’s Command, mutual visits of the seamen to the ships, as well as volleyball, tug-of-war and rowing competitions.
The crew members took part in the festive events devoted to the Day of Tiger in the city.
Inhabitants of Vladivostok could go aboard the Chinese ship.
In recent history, this was the 9th visit of military seamen of China in Vladivostok.
